The Process

“From unravelling the tape measures to making the final stitch.”

Here’s the process from start to finish, and how we’ll work together to bring your ideas to life.

The nitty gritty…

Email us your enquiry using the form on our contact page and we’ll get in touch to talk through your ideas in more detail

Once you’re ready to get going, we’ll visit your home to see the space and take all the measurements we need

The fun part…

the next part of the process is selecting your fabrics. You can do this in collaboration with our team, or on your own accord. To make sure you’re 100% happy with your selection, we can bring the fabrics into your home so you can see them against your current furnishings and interior space

The not so fun part…

Once you’ve selected your fabrics, we will send you a quotation so you can confirm your order and pay your deposit/make your full payment.

The hard work part…

Once we’ve had confirmation of your order, our team of seamstresses will begin sewing your new and bespoke designs to life. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process at key times and send you a photo so you can have a sneak peek.

The grand finale…

When your order is ready for the final fit, we’ll arrange its safe delivery to your home and send in our expert fitters, if required, to make sure every delicate detail is accounted for. Then, it’s your turn to sit back and enjoy your new creation and fabulous addition to your home.

EXPLORE THE PROCESS
I completely refurbished a 5 bedroom Georgian farm house in Devon over an 8 month timeframe whilst living and working full time in London. I simply could not have achieved this without Penny and her fantastic team. Penny’s enthusiasm, skill, style and unrivalled knowledge of the intricacies of interior design have led to the creation of a beautiful, comfortable and inviting home for me and my family in Devon. Penny worked with me to ensure that I got what I wanted whilst avoiding expensive mistakes. Her advice was invaluable & her keen eye not just for detail, but the bigger picture about how each room would look has resulted in the use of a harmonious colour pallet throughout the home without sacrificing the individual character of each of the rooms within it. I would happily recommend her to anyone. She is a real “find”.

I recently moved out of home and into my own flat. I knew that one of the things that would make it feel like it was my place was some lovely curtains. I was worried that I didn’t know anything about fabric choice or even what sort of curtains would suit the space. However as soon as I met Penny, I stopped worrying. She was great She advised me on what to choose & what style would work best in each room. She even put me in touch with an excellent London based curtain fitter who came & hung them for me. I will definitely be back for more when I can afford to moved again. Bur until then, I’m delighted with how things have turned out.

“Penny put the wow into our house. She was wonderful to work with. We sort of knew what we wanted but had no idea how to get there. Her understanding of what fabrics work together coupled with her professionalism and ability to connect with our style inspired complete confidence. She encouraged us to take the first step in what became an exciting whole house project. Penny was the best advocate. We would have been completely lost on our own. “
